Blog - mckinley|resource decides to do some advertising

In the main we generate new business by word of mouth and attract candidates through a combination of networking, specific search assignments and by referrals from other candidates.

Whilst this approach works in some roles it isn’t so successful for the slightly more diverse roles, so to increase the opportunities for potential candidates to see our roles we are doing two things.

Firstly we have teamed up with www.executivesontheweb.com to advertise some of our roles and to make it easy to find we have one of the scrolling banners on the front page, simply click on our logo.  Secondly we have commissioned a review and update of our own website www.mckinleyresource.com which when complete will include a live vacancy search enabling you to see the types of roles we are currently working on.
